In order to download the sheet music, you need to have Adobe's free PDF Reader installed on your computer. If you open the music, and there are lots of little graphic errors on the page- boxes for notes, lines in wierd places, etc, make sure that you have the current version of Adobe installed. Do you class this as 'commercial use'? (I am paid to teach the lessons) I appreciate the question. I do allow piano students to freely download this sheetmusic and perform these songs for their recitals, church, or home use. The song, "Always" may be used as background music, as long as a link is included specifying where the MP3 can be found. Return to top of page Help! I can't find a song that use to be on this website. Is it gone? Where can I find it again? My website has gone through some major changes in the last 8 years. I have decided to go ahead and leave many of the songs that I first wrote, even though they are not the best quality. I have opted to take off many of the recordings, because I want to produce them better. It's hard to get recordings back that have been released on the web. I will make these songs available as soon as possible. Please be patient with me. I want to continue to add more free sheet music and free MP3's as I can, but it takes money to do the recordings the way I'd like them to sound. Hopefully that is understandable. Return to top of page Is it okay if I play your song for my grandmother's funeral? Of course. Return to top of page When I listen to your music, the quality is absolutely outstanding. I wondered what equipment you use? The piano songs from my "Little Miracles" CD, were recorded in a studio on a Yamaha C7 piano. It sounds incredible, and highly recommend that method =). For most of the 'free recordings', I use an in-home studio, using as my instrument, a Kurzweil Mark 12 digital piano. Lately, it hasn't been working, so I'm a little frustrated with it. But, it's worked nicely for the last 6 years or so. For notation, I use Finale. I actually took a class at BYU on the program, and so the learning curve hasn't been too bad. I create PDF's using a free PDF writer called PDF995. You can get a copy at: www.pdf995.com. Finally, for sequencing, I use Sonar. I haven't learned everything about the program, but I've been amazed at what a technology geek I've become, as I've tried to learn how to do all this stuff! I can't change the key for you, but if you are able to do that, you may as long as you do not distribute the copies further than your personal performers. Changes of notes, here and there are also okay with the same stipulation. Return to top of page When will you be composing some new pieces? I am not a sit down and compose kind of person. Most often I need a reason to write. I write when the spirit nudges me in that direction. I have a ton of songs that I have written and not shared yet, waiting for the chance to record them. I'm still hoping for that opportunity, as soon as my financial circumstances, (and family circumstances) allow. They are coming! Thanks for being patient with me.
